Our client is a professional services firm with branches in Swindon, Bath, Trowbridge and Melksham. They provide a range of services to their SME client base including HR Solutions.

Supporting multiple clients simultaneously, this is a truly generalist role where business acumen and a solutions focused approach will be essential in order to provide timely and effective support in relation to any aspect of HR. Given the varied portfolio of businesses to support, this is a challenging and hugely rewarding role that will offer fantastic commercial exposure and experience to an experienced HR professional, looking to develop their skills within a consultancy environment.

As HR consultant you will manage the day to day relationships and service delivery of retained support for HR clients, meeting service-level agreements and identifying potential opportunities to offer additional services. You can base yourself out of any of their South West offices and will enjoy spending face to face time with your client base to embed yourself as a value add solution in their business.
