Resident Liaison Officer
Actaris Site Services are are seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to work for a Social Housing Contractor.
For this role, you will be working on both internal and external works on a decent home project.
The right individual will have a ideally Valid CSCS Card as well as a clean driving license and own vehicle.
Your day to day duties will be as followed:-
Being the first point of contact
Updating the residents on the works that are being carried out on their property
Working alongside the other RlO's and reporting to the Site Manager
Ensuring the Residents are comfortable in their own homes
Organise meetings out of hours
Prepare and issue letters to the residents
Helping with color choices ie, Kitchens and Bathrooms
Answering / making outgoing phone calls
Dealing with any complaints in a timely manner
We are looking for an experienced RLO who is preferably immediately available and can hit the ground running
