My client based in Peterborough is seeking a permanent full time inspections officer for an immediate start to join their existing team. This is a very exciting opportunity to break into the industry, as no prior experience is required. There are a range of benefits included with this role, including the use of on-site facilities such as parking, an on-site gym and full kitchen.
The role will require you to inspect properties on a rotating basis, as well as accompanying potential tenants to view properties. You will assist tenants with applications when necessary, answer phones, respond to emails, and follow up on inspections if required.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and will be comfortable working on their own initiative. A valid driving licence is essential to be considered for this role.
