Operations Coordinator
London
Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Operations Coordinator. This is a contract role based in Reading to start ASAP for 18 months.
The Reactor operations coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day interactions between the client, the UK's various tech communities and the Reactor space. Additionally they will be responsible for helping deliver UK's wider tech event requirements by liaising with internal product groups
KEY SKILLS

- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
- Proactively design and execute team events
- Responsible for start-to-finish work with suppliers
- Execute back office management
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives for organizational culture
- Coordinate cross-project activities for the Reactor program
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
KEY PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Proven experience as an Operations coordinator or other administrative position
- Proven experience with event production
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Creative and proactive
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in dynamic environment and under pressure
- High social skills
- Strong presence in social media and tech ecosystem

Salary: up to £46,800 per annum depending on experience plus end of contract bonus
