Car Lease Account and Business Development Job

I am looking for a candidate from a business development background that has experience as an Account Manager.

Although the right needs to understand for the job they need to be a natural seller, have strong up selling skills, posses the ability to close a sale and identify strong buying signs from clients.

This is going to be a role that is heavily customer based and focused mainly on building strong client relationships.

This role is for the "farmer" not the "hunter"
