PA to the Deputy Headmistress
Brighton College has an exciting opportunity for a PA to the Deputy Headmistress to join the team based in East Sussex. You will work on a full time, temporary contract (covering maternity leave), and will receive a competitive salary of £18,375 per annum (FTE £24,000 per annum).
As our PA to the Deputy Headmistress you will be working 37.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5pm), covering maternity leave for 35 weeks per year (term-time).
We are looking for a highly organised and reliable PA to the Deputy Headmistress to join the College. This is a senior position within the support staff of Brighton College and brings with it a requirement for efficiency, an ability to work under pressure, to prioritise your workload and to use your initiative.
Duties will include diary management, screening calls, organising travel arrangements, looking after visitors, maintaining/managing budget records, following up action points from SMT meetings and liaising with and providing support to the Marketing Department.
The successful PA to the Deputy Headmistress candidate will be self-disciplined, with excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. Experience of working in a school environment is desirable.
