Payment Support Officer
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity to work for the NHS Business Services Authority (BSA) within their patient services department as a Payment Support Officer.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the receipt and progression of all financial reports in connection with Pre-payment Certificates (PPC`S) and the Loss Recovery Services (LRS). You will be responsible for checking and banking of PPC & LRS payments including facilitating refunds and for the progression of all other PPC reports.
The ideal candidates will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work towards deadlines and targets making sure all work is processed accurately and fairly, also they are looking for organised individuals who are able to work both as part of a team and also using their own initiative.
This position will include 12 weeks training which will consist of open the job mentoring and classroom based training, the training is to assist with the learning of the various databases and systems you will be using for this position.
