Internal Communications Co-ordinator

• Develop and implement an internal communications strategy and plan.
• Assist with the redevelopment of the intranet.
• Write content for, and maintain, the home page on the intranet.
• Organise all aspects of internal communication activities, such as ‘lunch and learn’, coffee mornings with the chief executive and general briefings.
• Organise all other internal communication activities, such as producing Iechyd Da, the in-house staff newsletter.
• Research, write and collate e-bulletins for stakeholders, and research and write material for use with the media.
• Assist in applying our tone of voice, and in organising training and support for staff.

Assist in the design and production of publications for the Communications and Public Affairs team and other teams
