Brook Street is recruiting on behalf of a national agricultural organisation for a temporary customer relations co-ordinator to start immediately.
The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the communications team in delivery of elements of the team business plan.
The basic duties of this role will include;
" Data input into the CRM system
" updating of mailing and subscription lists
" Support with editing, proofing and layout of publications and sourcing photographs
" Co-ordination of smaller-scale publication projects such as factsheets produced to existing templates
" Updating of publication stock reports with warehousing supplier
" Management of stock levels and distribution of publications
The successful candidate will have good communication and administration skills, excellent attention to details and preferably experience within a similar role
Working hours are;
Monday - Thursday 09-17
Friday 09-16
