New Recruits are delighted to be recruiting for a Company Commercial Solicitor for a leading law firm in Oxfordshire.
Ideally you will be at least 5 years pqe and have your own following.
You will have broad company and commercial experience. The role would be based in in the Oxford Office but would involve working closely with and travelling to other offices within 30 minutes travel.
Your experience can have been acquired at a national, regional or local firm where you have been involved in good quality work to include mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, reorganisations and restructuring, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions and agency and distribution.
The successful applicant will take on and expand a broad caseload of company commercial work, take responsibility for business development so have confidence in marketing and networking, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts and supervise more junior lawyers. You will be a team player and be able to assist with the successful development of the department
