Corporate Partnership Manager

With openings in our charity fundraising team we're looking for New Business Managers for our corporate fundraising department.

We're a leading Children's Charity offering support and services to families who have children with a terminal or life threatening illness. The job that you do really will make a difference to people's lives so we want great candidates who really take pride in what they do.

Your new position will build a strong income pipeline and play a central role in pitching creative, winning proposals to a number of commercial organisations. You will work closely with other members of the Corporate team, the Engagement team, the Senior Management team and the wider charity to ensure each new partnership achieves its full potential and budgeted targets.

Ideally you will use previous commercial experience, gained within or outside

The charity sector, to build business development opportunities for new strategic, high value corporate partnerships or sponsorship opportunities. Using strong consultative and negotiation skills they will partner with suitable brands to drive new fundraising initiatives and income.

We'll want you to really live up to our values as the role will include initial Telesales and Face to Face client meetings along with participation at various Events.

To fit this role we are looking for that special person who can drive Business Development while keeping within our company ethos. Yes we want strong sales but as a Charity we have strong ethics and we want somebody who believes in those values too.

We will look at graduates with a strong desire to do well and we will look at experienced sales managers or executives looking for a rewarding career.

Previous sales, fundraising or business development experience would be ideal and an understanding of Charities or Corporate Sales would be perfect.
