The Role:  
   
As the Production Team Leader, you will oversee a Production Team, ensuring that H&S, production, quality and performance targets are met.  
   
Our factory is continuously improving and moving forwards and you will play a key role in ensuring that both yourself and your team adapt to these changes.  
   
Your duties will involve:  
   
- Motivating and developing your team  
- Helping to deliver cost, quality and efficiency improvements to the factory  
- Deputising for the Production Manager in their absence  
- Developing systems and standards to deliver world-class standards of housekeeping  
- Procuring production materials, goods and services  
- Collecting production and process data  
   
About You:  
   
To be considered, you’ll need:  
   
- Experience of operating and maintaining key manufacturing plant  
- Previous experience of planning and implementing systems and procedures  
- The ability to build, motivate, develop and improve a team  
- Strong communication skills  
   
Supervisory experience would be beneficial to your application.

Please note, this is a full time role, working 35 hours per week on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. Some flexibility may be required to meet factory requirements.
