This leading specialist provider of Refractive Eye Surgery in the UK, has been successfully changing the lives of thousands of people over the last 22 years by providing the very best products, service and customer experience.
They are currently offering a competitive salary and generous bonus scheme in return for full time Customer Service Advisors to join their existing team based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
The role includes managing inbound calls, assisting customers in booking their consultation and treatment appointments and providing advice and support.
The role also includes making outbound calls to customers who have enquired through their website as well as following up existing enquiries on their database.
The ideal candidate will
- have exceptional oral and written communication skills
- be an experienced call handler
- be proactive, enthusiastic and results driven
- have experience of overcoming objections
- have proven sales skills
- be passionate about offering the very best customer service
Experience in a medical or optical environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
Full time hours are 40 per week, on a Monday to Sunday shift system. You may also be required to work the occasional bank holiday.
