BS Social Care is one of the UK`s leading recruitment agencies specialising in sourcing and placing candidates into opportunities within the social care sector. We have branches nationwide and this rewarding role will be based at our highly successful Liverpool branch.

About the role Within part of this role you'll be recruiting, interviewing and marketing skilled workers into various roles within the social care markets, ranging from Support Workers to management roles. Your daily responsibilities will range from making sales calls to existing, new and prospective customers, converting new opportunities, applicant and CV management and adhering to internal compliance procedures. Don't worry if you don't have experience in all of these areas, there's full training on hand for every aspect of the role.

Do you have what it takes? Working within a team of professional consultants, you will be a determined, focused and positive person who is able to work efficiently on their own and as part of a team. You will be self motivated, have a `can do` attitude and have the desire to make things happen. Your competitive edge, commitment and team spirit will be just what we need to add to our already successful team! Some sales experience would be desirable, and some knowledge of the recruitment industry would be beneficial although isn't essential as full training will be provided. We only ask you to bring your enthusiasm, willingness to learn and your passion for success.
