This creative marketing services agency is looking for a PPC Manager to be responsible for managing and executing all major digital marketing activity (PPC) for their clients, working within the digital team alongside the creative and client service teams.

Full campaign creation and management, developing the company's paid search strategy which they sell into their clients.

Overall objectives:
- Planning, executing and optimising PPC campaigns on Google AdWords and Social Media channels. This covers Search, Display and Video, knowing how and when to optimise campaigns based on experience and best practice
- Leading keyword research, bidding, audience targeting, budget management and being integral to the creation of supporting assets to make each campaign a success
- You will be creating and monitoring all paid campaigns and be given full autonomy of the process; you'll have assistance from all teams but you'll be able to influence the campaign success and have a high level of responsibility
- Implementing a/b testing across all channels, and retarget defined audiences to enhance each campaign's success
- Carrying out analytics, campaign monitoring and reporting for clients using defined templates. You'll have full input into the structure and definition of the reporting

Key responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, attribution, PPC, Paid social - ideally Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position, personally able to demonstrate a difference and results that have been gained
- Must be an expert in managing PPC campaigns on Google (AdWords certification)
- Able to demonstrate experience of running campaigns in Facebook Business Manager. Twitter Ads and Campaign Manager (LI) would be a bonus
- Experience of display and re-marketing activity
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas, formulate strategies and make decisions. You'll be given the responsibility and a platform to learn, grow and be their expert
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
