This well established client have an exciting new opportunity, for a confident and dynamic individual to join their expanding team as an International Sales Administrator

My client is one of the Worlds leading distributors of professional lighting, audio, rigging and video equipment to the entertainment industry. Through our offices in High Wycombe and Leeds we sell equipment to the concert, theatre, stage and television industries in over 80 countries world-wide.

¢ Raise quotes, sales orders, pro-formas and purchase orders and send confirmation to customers and suppliers
¢ Maintain the client/supplier database
¢ Request application appropriate tariffs and countries of origin to suitable products
¢ Order goods and raising sales orders for them
¢ Raise new pick lists for customers for goods
¢ Raise manufacturing orders for in-house produced items
¢ Liaise with in-house departments such as colour media department and manufacturing on lead times
¢ Check the correct information regarding any special documentary/labelling requirements requested by customer or needed in country had been passed on to shipping administrators
¢ Collate necessary documents required to produce Certificates of Origin
¢ File new client registration forms
¢ Check stock quantities, lead times and current prices with suppliers
¢ Check outstanding orders report on the status of sales orders
¢ Update customers as to the status of their goods
¢ Follow up on invoice queries and returns issues
¢ Process credit card payment, showing attention to detail
¢ Process direct invoices and invoice only
¢ Update outstanding quotes on the system on request of the sales team
¢ Raise finance job proformas and sales orders
¢ Goldvision tasks as required, this includes uploading credit checks onto Goldvision, updating the system with up to date customer information.
¢ Answer the phone, directing calls and taking messages
¢ Deal with customer queries and complaints
¢ Awareness of Hazardous Goods Regulations
¢ Collate information from internal and external systems
¢ Raise returns authorisation requests
¢ Request transfer of stock between branches
¢ Answer general supplier queries
¢ Distribute emails of the international sales team in their absence
¢ Print daily sales profit report on request of International Sales Office Manager
¢ Sign visitors into the building via reception and informing staff of their visitors arrival
¢ Provide cover in the absence of a shipping administrator to oversee both exports and imports administration
¢ H&S for self and others
¢ Any other reasonable requests to make the company successful and compliant
Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5

As the ideal candidate you will have excellent MS Office skills, confident telephone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong numerical skills and a positive can-do attitude
