Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service/Salesforce Administrator to join a friendly growing team in High Wycombe

A charity who offer alternative therapy

Your main duties include:

- Stock control & organisation
- Ordering uniforms from our suppliers
- Collecting orders from the main reception
- Checking received orders against uniform order forms
- Distributing uniforms to specific areas in the stock room
- Checking invoices from suppliers and passing them to the Finance Officer
- Liaising directly with Suppliers
- Keeping Merchandise Order Record up to date
- Checking if an order was placed by a registered volunteer
- Printing orders and preparing uniforms for shipment (picking and packing)
- Occasional help with franking the post
- Notifying customers of any changes to delivery times
- Dealing with shop related phone calls
- Taking orders over the phone and email - preparing order template
- Filing completed shop orders
- Creating shop reports

" updating shop orders in Shopify
" letting customers know if items are out of stock
" updating items` descriptions, prices and measurement guides if needed
" keeping the shop up to date according with any marketing/ promotional events
" adding new items
" creating artwork for merchandise

Minor website updates:
" adding events
" adding photos and creating photo galleries
" changing wording
" adding new contact forms
" development of Fundraising Pack and fundraising website layout

Office duties
- Dealing with Applications, Subscriptions, Renewals, Donations, Merchandising, Social Media.
- Responding to a high volume of incoming calls and enquiries.
- Liaising with volunteer community (to include Volunteers, Voluntary Area Co-ordinators, Establishments, Assessors, Supporters) via phone, email, face to face
- Involvement in the entire end to end Volunteer Community registration process

" Involved in marketing and fundraising meetings
" Attending meetings with potential partners to develop joint campaigns, merchandising etc
" Assisting with regional development
" Attending fundraising events in London

A fantastic salary of £18,500
