We are looking for Male staff to work with a young man who requires 24 hour support and care within his own home as part of a satellite service co-ordinated from our offices at Cramlington.

Staff must be highly motivated to engage him in activities and work collaboratively with family members and other professionals.

We are looking for Support Workers with experience of working with challenging and complex behaviors and who are committed to setting personalized goals and promoting and encouraging new skills and experiences for this young man. Full training will be provided along with the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification within the care sector.

There’s a separate bedroom provided for Support Workers who are required to stay overnight (where an additional hourly rate is payable); you’ll be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota during the week and at weekends.

Driving Requirements: UK or EC/EEA manual driving licence and access to a car is required.
