A dynamic rapidly growing UK based company with Software Development and Infrastructure Support teams based in India.
They have pioneered a new form of Outsourcing that they brand as "Remote In-Sourcing" in both the Software and Infrastructure spaces.
The role of Head of Business Development
This established services business has developed a range of leading products which it has been bringing to the market with increasing success. They have recently doubled the size of the business through acquisitions and are in an advanced stage of negotiation with regard to a USA based joint venture.
They are looking to continue and accelerate their dramatic growth through the appointment of a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead their sales drive into new markets initially in the South East and East Anglia but in time over the entire UK.
They are looking for someone who understands the dynamics and economics of outsourcing and who recognizes that their Remote In-Sourcing approach is superior to the conventional approaches.
They are looking for a candidate who has:
- Extensive new business development experience;
- A consultative approach to selling;
- Strong face to face corporate sales experience;
- Innovative sales leader;
- Established and proven sales techniques for this type of service;
- Confident and articulate.
