So what's the role about?

They are young entrepreneurs who have built multi-million-pound businesses and are now building another. The company has been trading for four years and has become a market leader in the B2B online analytics industry. They operate in over 36 countries and have thousands of users worldwide. They are growing fast and are looking for an enthusiastic and hungry Business Development Executive to join their high growth tech start-up based in Northamptonshire.

What you'll be doing:

Your role will be fast paced, in a young and dynamic company so they are keen to have people who can use their drive and determination to find new business and adapt to the next big challenge. You will be responsible for calling and introducing our product to businesses and booking product demonstrations for the sales manager. As your experience and knowledge grows there will be opportunities to sit the demos and nurture the client through the sales cycle.

Your day would involve:
- Cold calling prospects and booking demos for the Sales Manager
- Account management by nurturing relationships on their product during the trial period
- Calling pre-defined data sets and signing up prospect customers to free trials
- Closing free trials into paying customers to secure new business
- Being able to communicate with SME to large corporate customers

What you'll bring:

- Experience in B2B Business Development
- Telemarketing including - cold calling approach
- Confidence when using Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability and structure to stay organised and manage a pipeline of prospects given to you
- Professional manner and tone of voice that will engage our customers
- Capability to adapt and be receptive to change

You already are:

- Enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference
- A strong team player, supporting others to achieve
- Target and deadline driven
- Has a get stuff done attitude
- Comfortable operating in a light hearted and self-start environment

You have and can share:

- Google docs/Excel skills would be beneficial
- Confidence and experience to challenge yourself and us to achieve more
- Creative thinking and execution of initiative
