An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a national house builder.
Our client is a FTSE 100 national house builder with a regional head office in Exeter they have sites throughout Devon and Dorset.
They are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a development near Exeter responsible for ensuring health and safety on site, material supplies are available, manage both direct employees and subcontractors, make sure risk assessments are completed and project manage the build process.
You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of holding a Site Manager position within residential development/contracting.
