You will be responsible for the management, maintenance, development and implementation of all new and existing Jet2.com and Jet2holidays Operational systems. Working alongside internal stakeholders and third party suppliers, the Operations Systems Manager will maintain and continuously develop relationships in order to maximise the efficiency of the systems and to ensure stability and overall reliability. Developing a "Working as One Team" culture across the operational teams, consistently encouraging new ideas to facilitate the growth of the business and ensure open, two way communication at all times is vital to the success of this role.

In addition, you will take a commercial approach to the monitoring of performance in line with CAA regulations and Company policy, to ensure compliance and minimise costs to the business.

The successful candidate must be able demonstrate a strong understanding of operational procedures and disciplines, systems data administration and configuration, as well as a good understanding of the technical infrastructure and its requirements and dependencies. You will possess people management experience with an airline operations environment, and able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the relevant industry regulations surrounding the operation. Creating and developing strong business relationships at all levels will be a particular strength. Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential, whilst IT Project management experience would also be an advantage.

In return, we offer an excellent salary and benefits package with fantastic opportunities for progression in a growing business.
