JOB TITLE: In-House Commercial Property Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years

LOCATION: Nuneaton (commutable from: Birmingham, Coventry, Tamworth and Leicester)

SALARY: Dependent on Experience

THE ROLE:

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced In-House Commercial Property Lawyer to join one of the best known brands in the UK. Covering a period of maternity leave for 1 year you will take full responsibility for your own caseload of transactions. Within this role you will act for tenants in the acquisition of leasehold premises, lease renewals, litigation, disposals, conveyancing and landlord and tenants disputes. You will also advise on licences and deeds of variation.

THE CANDIDATE:

The company is particularly interested in hearing from you if you are a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with in excess of 3 years PQE of handling a busy caseload of high value commercial property transactions. You will have autonomously advised on tenant issues, lease matters and licenses. You will have a good understanding of Landlord & Tenant 1954 Act, as well as Land Registry rules and procedure.
