We are currently working with a very reputable nursery business in Petersfield, Hampshire and they have a current need for a Senior Nursery Practitioner with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare to join their lovely team. They also have vacancies for Nursery Practitioners.
This is a permanent position within an 'Outstanding' nursery. They require someone who has an up to date and thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum whilst having the ability to work alongside the Nursery Manager. You will guide staff in providing the highest standards of care possible, within a safe and inclusive environment.
Applicants must:
* Ideally previous experience of managing a team of staff
* Previous experience in childcare is essential
* Room management experience is preferred
* Degree or qualification in Childcare is essential
In return our client is offering an extremely competitive starting ranging between GBP16500 and GBP21,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Staff must be able to work 40 hours a week on a rota, working between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
