Henlee Resourcing is working in close partnership with this well-established, yet niche Global Business with a base in Swindon to recruit a part time (18-20 hours, 4 or 5 days per week) Talent / L&D Coordinator on a permanent basis. As long as you can work the hours across a minimum of 4 days, the organisation can be flexible on timings.

The purpose of this role is to provide flexible, responsive and proactive support for early talent programmes as well as supporting the wider L&D / Talent Team on ad hoc projects.

You will have the opportunity to work on every step of the early careers cycle from attraction, recruitment, on-boarding and development and you will work with a variety of stakeholders building relationships with the team, all global HR departments and the wider organisation. You will also deal with various suppliers and external companies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Book, co-ordinate & attend career fairs and liaise with University contacts
  • Posting jobs onto various channels and use our Applicant Tracking System to track applicants & data
  • Liaise with our Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider to ensure recruitment targets are met
  • Provide all admin support for the recruitment process, ensuring 100% data quality in all activities to ensure that information is accurate and up to date
  • Facilitating assessment centres including travel, room and accommodation bookings for candidates and being responsible for all event logistics for various development days in both the UK & Germany
  • Being the first point of contact for administrative queries and processing relevant documentation, as well as being the process owner for certain early talent procedures
  • Ensure that processes are followed and assist as appropriate to continuously improve the efficiency of the HR function

Skills & characteristics

  • Self-starter capability and ability to proactively work under own initiative when appropriate. Knowledge of the graduate and early talent market is also desirable
  • Ability to build a strong reputation by developing relationships both within and external to the business in an approachable and friendly manner, to deliver tasks with success and credibility
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in written and verbal formats
  • Highly motivated and flexible in approach to work, with demonstrable capacity for adapting to challenging and changing work and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a busy environment without constant supervision and to be able to prioritise and organise work effectively, ensuring strong attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Working knowledge of the SAP & different ATS's, would be desirable
