Moves and Changes Coordinator BLUM59679

London (NW1)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Overtime

6 Month Contract with a view to potentially going permanent

Our Client offers a London-based commercial moving and storage service. They are the market leaders and have held the largest share of the UK’s business moving market for more than ten years, expanding their services by responding to the needs of their customers.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Moves and Changes Coordinator to join them where you will serve as an effective administrator within the Moves and Changes Team, across the London Estate. The role is based on a client site and you will be dealing with their internal moves and changes. This is an initial 6 month contract, with the view to potentially becoming permanent.

Within the role you will assist the department in streamlining all processes whilst ensuring the team is organised and following the set processes to include the management of electronic and hard-copy filing systems, the collection of all paperwork necessary for a move to take place, and the updating and distribution of moves sheets. Liaising with contractors and clients, you will interact with Facilities Service providers, manage manifestation requests and ensure projects are completed to a high spec in a designated time frame.

They are looking for someone who can work to a high standard, taking on and managing moves and mini-build work projects independently. With excellent client relationship skills and a customer focused approach, you will understand the need to give our client the easiest moves experience possible.

This position would suit someone who may have previously held a facilities role. A self-motivated individual who can work as part of an existing team, understanding all elements of the team’s roles, you will have a proactive approach. With strong customer service skills, you will be highly organised, IT literate, including Outlook and Excel, and will have good administrative skills.

Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends. Overtime is paid for this.

This is a Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd vacancy who are operating as an employment agency. Once you have clicked to apply for this vacancy, we will then send you more information on the role including a copy of the application form via email.
