Field Based (covering Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, North London, Middlesex and Oxfordshire)

The Role: 

As an Area Sales Manager, you will sell our range of concrete building products to customers within your region. 

Focusing on customers within the construction industry, particularly builder’s merchants, you will: 

- Provide a high quality account management service to the branches in your region 
- Develop and implement a regional execution plan to maximise profitability 
- Identify new business development opportunities 
- Present our product portfolio to potential and existing customers 
- Develop and deliver a contact strategy that builds first-class business relationships 
- Create joint business plans with key customers to ensure sustainable value and market share growth 

About You: 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Regional key account management or sales experience 
- A full, valid driving licence 
- Experience in business planning with accounts

- To be comfortable with pricing and have experience of completing pricing processes

- Experience of trading terminology


Ideally, you’ll have some exposure to the building industry, but this is by no means essential. 

We’re eager to hear from individuals with experience as an Area Sales Manager, Regional Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or Field Sales Manager.
