We are currently looking for an experienced Contract Assistant to join our successful team. This role will suit a motivated individual who will be rewarded with great benefits and salary. The place of work is based in North Hull and has free parking available.
The working hours are Monday- Friday between 8am-6pm
The salary is £17,400
Your day to day responsibilities will include;
-Prioritising workloads onto the correct members of staff using PDA technology whilst meeting company targets.
-Action jobs that have been delayed cancelled or completed and ensure that the bills for the jobs are correct in order to avoid customer complaints.
-Keep appointment diaries up to date whilst also booking new appointments with customers.
-Raising new orders for customer's ongoing work if necessary. Also raise orders to prepare for manual accounts ensuring everything is correct for the final billing stage.
-Ordering materials and services.
-Arranging various appointments for customers in a polite manor.
-Also be responsible for updating and maintaining the company's electronic database systems to
ensure accurate contract monitoring and management information.
