Offering pioneering security solutions across the globe, Securitas specialises in ensuring customers’ safety, protection and peace of mind. We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to facilitate the successful delivery of our services in the North East.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will effectively manage and co-ordinate staff and resources to support the successful delivery of security services throughout the North East.  

In this key role, you’ll ensure that customer and company standards are met by proactively managing staffing levels and ensuring that Protective Services Officers remain engaged in their roles.   

Specifically, you will:   

- Allocate resources in-line with statutory and company standards   
- Ensure that all sites within your region are appropriately staffed   
- Manage recruitment activities within your region   
- Ensure that employees have the training they need to deliver a first-class service   
- Carry out quality assurance checks and site audits   
- Make sure that assignment instructions, site documentation and risk assessments are up-to-date   
- Help to retain customers by maintaining excellent levels of service   

To be considered, you will need:   

- Customer service experience 
- Peopled-focused management experience  
- A good level of IT literacy  
- An SIA licence  
- A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle 

Organised and calm under pressure, as the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll perform all tasks with integrity and a people-oriented approach. You must also be a concise communicator who can motivate and empower others.   

Knowledge of Microsoft packages would be beneficial to your application. IOSH training and/or experience would also be an advantage.
