I am recruiting on behalf of a highly successful Telecommunications company located in Solihull.
They provide reliable, dependable, high-quality and innovative telecommunications solutions in the business-to-business arena.

The company are going from strength to strength and are currently the number one UK provider of Unified Communications products and services in the business-to-business arena.

They are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to join their team.

As a Sales Support Administrator your responsibilities include:
-Handling inbound calls from customers
-Completing Sales Order Forms
-Carrying Out Account Reviews for Account Managers
-Providing technical, billing and procedural support
-Providing customer focused and accurate solutions to customers' problems
-Providing information on company products and services to the customer

To be successful in this role you need to have excellent communication skills and good problem solving skills

12 Months previous Sales Support experience is ideal

Salary £ 16000 - £18,000 depending on experience
