Client Services Advisor

I am recruiting on behalf of a highly successful Telecommunications company located in Solihull.
They provide reliable, dependable, high-quality and innovative telecommunications solutions in the business-to-business arena.

The company are going from strength to strength and are currently the number one UK provider of Unified Communications products and services in the business-to-business arena.

They are seeking an enthusiastic Client Services Advisor to join their team.
Customer Service is at the heart of their business and this is what makes them number one with a variety of network providers and organizations UK wide.

As a Client Services Advisor your responsibilities include:
" Handling inbound calls from Mobile customers
" Providing technical, billing and procedural support with major areas of responsibility being:
" Providing customer focused and accurate solutions to customers' problems
" Providing information on company products and services to the customer
" Identifying and escalating technical and network issues
" Dealing with customer complaints where required

To be successful in this role you need to have excellent communication skills and good problem solving skills

12 Months previous inbound experience is ideal

Salary £ 16000 - £18,000 depending on experience
