About The Assistant Store Manager role
You will be assisting the Manager in taking a customer focused and commercial approach to the running of the store with the aim of maximising turnover and profitability, you will organises work and make decisions, providing advice and support to others and setting and reviewing tasks, to ensure business objectives are achieved, maximises sales at every opportunity through promoting the products and services available.
About The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for the Assistant Manager role you will need to have customer service experience throughout career and have previously worked as an Assistant manager or a team leader in your most recent role, You will need to be confident and have the ability to deal with all customer quires, face to face and via telephone.
Salary and Benefits
This offers a guaranteed basic salary of £23,165 + Bonuses, Holiday - 28 days per annum (including Bank Holidays), increasing by 1 day per complete years` service to a maximum of 33 days, Bonus - opportunity to earn up to 25% of salary on a quarterly basis, Pension Scheme - eligible on completion of probation, contributory scheme at 3%, increasing to 6% after two years` service.
