Our Client is one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the country, offering over 1000 courses to over 26,000 students every year.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a part time Learning and Development Officer to join their team based at their Queens Gardens site in Hull.
Within the role you will be responsible for the learning and development planning, delivery and evaluation across the college. Providing quality training delivery in line with legislation and FE sector best practice, you will support the achievement of college delivery objectives and budget.
You will assist in the deliver of L&D initiatives for delivery staff whilst identifying and assessing current and future learning and development needs through job analysis, career path planning, annual performance and appraisals. Researching new training materials and supplies that might enhance training procedures, you will build, develop, organise and deliver classroom training and workshop sessions to managers and employees.
They are looking for someone who has a proven successful track record in an equivalent L&D role with a knowledge and understanding of current L&D, training methods, trends and best practises.
Commercially focused you will be able to undertake project work whilst working on your own initiative and have a flexible and pragmatic approach.
