I am thrilled to offer an opportunity to become an Import Team Specialist for a global leader based in Liverpool city centre. This vacancy wont be available for long.

The ideal candidate will have
Customer service, operational and financial focus
Good HMRC Import Customs Clearance Knowledge
Minimum three years experience in OFR Import
Extensive Import knowledge
Good Administrative skills
Results driven and good attention to details
Good written and spoken English
Good interpersonal skills
Able to prioritise and perform under pressure
A level education or broad GCSE level education.

Day to day your role will include -
Developing relationship with allocated customers
Handles all aspects of clearances / deliveries for key customers
Participates in joint Sales / Ops visits if necessary
Provides spot quotations if required
Performs up- and cross-selling (inbound calls) for existing customers and passes on leads to Sales
Takes and handles customer inquiries, e. Track and Trace
Generates / Reviews reports to meet customer needs as required
Handles / processes end to end file from booking to invoicing for designated customers
Handles morning workload meetings
Assist with Ocean Review (P & L) as required
Serves as first line for operational queries
Assists Team Leader with import projects and process improvements
Serves as cover for certain Team Leader functions as necessary.
