Are you looking for a challenging and varied administrative role working within a Top 40 organisation in their field? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and highly organised individual with excellent administrative skills to join their team.

Working within a specialist team, you will be providing administrative and secretarial support to your colleagues, assisting them with a variety of tasks including booking and arranging meeting rooms and travel, diary management, producing Powerpoint presentations for the team, audio and copy typing, occasional minute taking in meetings and providing reception cover where necessary.
You will ideally have experience of working within a professional services environment in an administrative function. Along with fast and accurate typing skills, ideally around 60 wpm, you will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office programmes, including strong Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint skills. Experience of audio and copy typing as well as a working knowledge of Document Management Systems would be beneficial but not essential and training can be provided for the right candidate. Due to the location of this company, driving licence and own transport are essential.
