Operations Co Ordinators

This is an exciting opportunity for Operations Co Ordinators to join the ever-growing mobile team within this leading security company.

They currently require two Operations Co Ordinators to join their headquarters in Aldershot.

Required to work as a team on a roster with other members of Operations, on an average of 50 hours per week(Monday to Sunday). Reporting to Head of Operations.

Hours of work:
This is based on 50 hours a week. Shift will be early shift one week and late shift another week Monday to Friday. To be on call, one day on Saturday or Sunday for two weekends in a row and third weekend off. With day off in the week. Flexibility is a must.

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for all operational staff, including time and attendance management( Using Timegate), operational documentation and records, and have a full understanding of the functions covered at all sites including Mobile security services, Static Security, CCTV, and General Business Support. Experience in business development will be an advantage.

Must have:
- SIA Security guarding licence
- Full CLEAN UK driving licence
- 5-year checkable work history
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- IT / computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Live within commutable distance of approximate postcode GU12

Pay £12 per hour. Immediate start after vetting completed.
