An experienced Service Manager is required to work for a well established HVAC contractor based in Yorkshire.
This is an opportunity to join an excellent and continuously growing company. The successful Service Manager will have strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and have experience managing busy service and installation department. The ideal candidate would be able to grow and develop the department, manage staff and build relationships with customers.

Service Manager's Role:
- Day to day management of a busy HVAC service department
- Managing engineer's schedules and personal development
- Managing service contracts, organising maintenance works and quoting and arranging remedial works
- Compliance with statutory regluation
- Processing call outs within SLAs and arranging remedial works
- Quoting and overseeing installation works
- Provide technical support to Engineers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages
- Building and developing customer relations
- Ensuring all works are invoiced correctly
Service Manager's Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Proven track record of service management in the HVAC industry
- Based in Yorkshire
- Full UK driving license
