This company is an IT Managed Service Provider to small and medium sized businesses. They have been operating since 2004 and have an excellent customer retention rate, they believe in high IT standards and problem resolutions.
They are currently seeking an individual to help with office administration in their offices just a 5 minute walk from High Wycombe Town Centre. This would ideally suit a parent with children at school as this is a term time only contract.
About the role.
- Creating of documentation for administration procedures
- Basic book keeping
- Credit control
- Procurement
- Admin support for the Directors
- Filing scanning and printing of documents
Skills and Attributes
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Office administration and be able to work to high standard with a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong skills with Microsoft Office and Sage Accounts are essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary and Benefits
Their proposed working hours for this role are 9 to 14 Monday to Friday (with 30 minutes break) excluding public and bank holidays during school term time only.
Annual leave will be calculated into the salary and the applicant will not be entitled to take annual leave in term time.
Inclusion in the Company pension scheme.
