Class 2 Driver
The Company
Workforce 1 are representing an established woodwork manufacturing business based in Washington and we are recruiting for an experienced Class 2 driver. The employer are the UKs largest manufacturer of wood products and are looking to grow their team with enthusiastic and driven individuals who will support in the delivery of their items throughout the UK.
Applicants must be an experienced Class 2 driver and it is desirable that applicants have a clean driving license.
*Please note, this is a temporary role ongoing role with working hours agreed at 40 - 50 hours per week initially.
The Candidate/Person
• Relevant experience as a Class 2 driver
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Clean driving license
• Excellent knowledge of driving legislation
• Must be flexible to travel throughout the UK
• You must have up to date CPC and Digi Card
Roles & Responsibilities
• To deliver wooden items throughout the UK within agreed timeslots
• To ensure the safe transport of items to customers
The company deliver throughout the UK and as a result starting time varies including early morning.
