We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual required to work in a busy city centre Company working in the insurance industry. The successful applicant needs to have excellent self organisation and be able to work under pressure. This role involves working closely with the Board of Directors on a day to day basis.

Job Description
* Telephone call monitoring
* Quality checking of files
* Financial promotions sign off when required
* Ability to communicate with the FCA if needed
* Checking information against the FCA register
* Reviewing the FCA website for changes and information
* Handling complaints when required in the absence of the Compliance Officer
* Organising your own workload
* Dealing with referrals through your Manager

Experience Required
A minimum of 1 years' experience required in a similar compliance role. Ideally having the Certificate in Compliance or a similar qualification.

Remuneration / Benefits
Salary Competitive
Holidays - 25 per annum plus all bank holidays in addition - increases after 2 years service by 1 extra day per annum to a maximum of 30 days.
