If you have always wanted to work within the cosmetics indsutry, now is your chance, with oe of the largest names on the market. They are looking for a Senior Safety Assessor to join their safety team for their cosmetics and OTC divisions. If you have a degree in toxiciology, biochemistry or an adjacent subject and want to put it to the test, this is the role you will want!
You will be based at the client's headquaters in Nottingham and join up with the safety team already in place waiting for you to join them to assist in their day to day safety operations, working with cosmetics and other OTC pharmaceuticals to ensure their safety going to market and throughout their entire lifecycle with the public. This is a great role for someone looking to work with a continues stream of products, not just the odd one or two. You will always be working with something different each and every day, the variety will really keep you on your toes and keep your brain active!
You will be implementing safety all safety activities for some of the best consumer brands on the market, you will have the final say on safety for all products being bought to market and with those that are on sale already, ensuring that they stay safe for the public. Being responsible for the training of new members that join your team, you will be able to pass on your wealth of knowledge to a new generation of safety officers, laying the foundations for years to come and shaping the future for the department.

The following are the requirements for any candidates for this role:
Postgraduate qualification (Msc) in Toxicology or Biochemistry
2 years experience of safety assessment in the FMCG, life science or chemical industry
Cosmetics experience being an advantage
