My client is a national award-winning fleet management company who provide vehicle maintenance and accident management services to some of the country's most recognisable businesses.
Due to continuous growth and development, my client requires a Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their Taunton depot on an initial contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career with one of the UK's leading fleet management companies and a subsidiary of one of the UK's best known blue-chip companies.
My client can offer an attractive salary and benefits package for the successful candidate which includes a starting salary of GBP28,746, garage based incentive bonus scheme, 22 days holidays, overtime incentive and pension scheme.
Skills/Experience Required
*Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3/ IMI Level 3/ C&G Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy or Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
*Experienced in carrying out all classes of skilled work, involving the inspection, maintenance, complete overhaul of vehicles and the use of mechanical aids, including mechanical and electrical fault diagnostic equipment
*Experienced in overhauling electrical equipment and components, welding, body repairs and painting, inspection and gauging of parts before and after machine setting
*Able to set and operate machine tools and equipment within a workshop
*Full UK Driving Licence
