Compliance Monitoring Officer
Southampton
£30000 - £45000 per annum
Company client is a financial services client on the South Coast currently looking for a Compliance Monitoring Officer due to considerable internal and external growth. This role will have considerable exposure to the wider business and senior stakeholders you will offer independent Compliance monitoring services to the business through thematic reviews, desk based monitoring and call listening.
You will also be responsible for the following:
* Responsible for the effective identification, management and reporting of risk within the business
* Question and challenge peers and managers where processes and procedures do not meet industry standards and report any breaches and potential regulatory risk
* Prepare compliance reports for senior management to specified standards
* Conduct regular reviews providing independent assurance to the Senior Management Team regarding the operation of regulator controls.
My client is looking for a strong Compliance professionals with a specialist in compliance monitoring. You must have strong regulatory knowledge and experience in report writing to senior management.
