Venatu Consulting is working in partnership with our client, to source the talent required to: lead and develop a finance team, support senior leaders with strategic decisions and communicate exceptionally with other departments.
Ideally you will be comfortable working hands on? With the skills and knowledge to manage your team. You must be able to demonstrate career progression, and be hungry to develop yourself.
Your commercial acumen will be strong, you must have exceptional organisational skills, and you will be able to demonstrate a technical competency in financial accounting, whilst being able to produce accurate management accounts.
The successful candidate will be ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified, and be able to influence at board level. Experience of working in manufacturing is highly desirable, as is experience of working in a multi-currency environment.
