A Market leading manufacturer based in the lovely area of Berkshire, have been around for over 20 years and is looking for there next sales superstar! We are looking for a National Account Manager/Field Sales Account Manager who will be doing 50% New Business and 50% Account Management covering the UK & EU. Paying GBP28k-GBP32k OTE GBP40K which is payed twice a year with a company car or car allowance of GBP400 a month.

You will be selling this companies products into the Manufacturing industry and the Automotive industry on a corporate level covering UK and Europe.

The National Account Manager (NAM), required for highly successful and expanding, globally
recognised company developing a portfolio of current and new products for professional
and Industrial markets. This sales role will involve working as part of a European team to maintain and develop major business accounts throughout Europe and requires frequent travel.

The ability to work to and excel in a target driven environment is essential. You must be fluent in English both written and spoken to develop long term relationships and partnerships with major accounts. You will also be comfortable presenting to all levels from buyer to board.

Job Responsibilities;

50% New Business and 50% Account Management

* Manage all aspects of major National accounts to agreed targets
* Develop strong customer relationship, rapport and satisfaction levels.
* Identify and contact potential customers to prospect for new business
* Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations when required
* Report sales progress reporting on a daily / weekly or monthly basis or as required by line
management
* Listen to customer requirements and present relevant product information when required to
internal or external customers
* Gather market and customer information and feedback to management on regular basis
* Research and develop new or existing sales channels
* Other tasks or projects as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

Essential:
* National account management skills (good administration and methodical project approach)
* Very good relationship builder.
* Target driven with energy and enthusiasm.
* New business development skills.
* Office based with frequent business travel
* Computer literacy on MS Office Word, Excel and Power point.
You must only reply if you have had experience in selling into Large Corporates or currently work for a Leading Manufacturer.
