Ensure relevant information is available promptly for accounts and payroll.
Review and re-evaluate all paperwork to ensure that we are running a lean process capturing only what is relevant and useful.
Review and re-evaluate KPI/OEE/UPLH data and efficiency of data recording and use, design and produce relevant reports.
Continue and see to completion the Skill Upgrade project, including the completion of over 100 SOPs still of be written or reviewed, completed and signed off. These will then need reviewing on annual basis.
Implement relevant, specific and achievable training plans, then coordinate and support to ensure these are carried out.

Administrate and support the use of the SHE software and assist with implementation.
