My client is a global banking and financial services provider. They now have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join their established HR function. The purpose of the role is to support the relevant business area and client group with informed and professional HR Advice and guidance.

As the HR Business Partner your role will be a mix of both HR operations and strategic implementation. You will partner with the business to implement HR policy and partner line managers in order to maximise the performance, motivation and efficiency of staff.

These are exciting times for the business which has recently undergone both organisational and cultural changes and HR is on the front line of this.

ROLE:

Stakeholder Management

  • To support line managers in the delivery of key HR or business deliverables/requirements from a people perspective
  • Collaborate with the HR specialist teams to ensure consistency and quality of delivery
  • Determine/Diagnose and Deliver Solutions
  • To work in a structured, organised and disciplined way to ensure high levels of service delivery to the business
  • To implement practical process improvement for BAU and all people initiatives
  • Deliver against any assigned project work Measure and Evaluate
  • Analyse and report on MI data for the business and HR in order to develop a deeper understanding of people issues within the Dept.
  • To communicate and present the results of all processes and BAU activity to ensure that they can be understood and evaluatedRisk and control objective
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards.


EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience and practical working knowledge of all aspects of HR including ER, Resourcing, Talent Management and Reward
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering of robust, commercial HR solutions across a large complex environment/business
  • Experience of managing end to end processes and the provision of high quality service delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Able to effectively manage a high volume workload.
