Your new role
You will work closely with a range of managers and stakeholders who are both local to your office and remote. You'll be across all of the people strategies for the organisation and work closely with the manager's to ensure they are on top of any change, development opportunities, risk management etc within their teams. You'll be a true coach and mentor to your area of the organisation from a people perspective. You'll work across the leadership team and report into an executive director. Wide generalist HR experience is important.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a positive HR professional with experience in working in a business partnering environment. This role is in an organisation that is going through a lot of change and transformation so experience in working in that environment will help, particularly in a public sector setting. You'll also be CIPD qualified at Level 5 and above.
