As a Field Engineers you will support the Regional Manager in service activities including installation and fault rectification. Working as part of a regional team you will adhere to service level agreements by providing quality workmanship, building & maintaining customer relationships and increasing communication between the field and the regional management team.

The key accountabilities include:

+ Adhering to best practice guides
+ Continuous personal development
+ Adhere to all requirements relating to the care of customer / company equipment
+ Responsible for your own stock control
+ Communicate to all internal and external customers in a professional manner
+ Adherence to Company and Customers Health and Safety policies
+ Carry out any reasonable requests from the Regional Manger
+ Check emails on a daily basis, responding to any received emails in a professional manner
+ Complete PDA reports each morning
+ Communicate with all Customers/Garage Engineers in a professional manner

About You:

+ Electrically qualified engineer
+ Currently working in a similar role for a provider of CCTV / service providers or Auto Electricals
+ Must have experience working nights
+ Able to work independently
+ Full Driving Licence

Surveillance Service Engineer, Security Service Engineer, Public Transport CCTV Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Auto Electrical Engineer
