Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager to join one of our exclusive clients for their branch based in Edinburgh.
The company is a nationwide company that offer progression and longevity and a friendly team environment to work and perform in.
The role will be to develop and identify new business from a range of warm leads from customers who have expressed an interest on a loan or from existing customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a low turnover who invest in their staff and give you an opportunity to earn a lucrative bonus on top of a competitive salary - up to 1K per month.
DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIRED, BASIC CREDIT CHECK WILL BE CARRIED OUT
Duties:
To call warm leads from potential customers who have expressed an interested from internet sites and calling the branch for a loan
Ensure all FSA regulations are complied with
Build customer pipeline
Speak to existing customers as customers are eligible for another loan practically through their loan term
Work in a targeted environment
See normally 2 customers face to face in branch to process application
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
Keep up to date with financial product industry knowledge and products
Provide excellent customer service
Overcome any customer objections
Explain products and services clearly to customers
Complete daily banking
Admin tasks associated with processing of loan applications
Personal Attributes:
Target driven
Self-motivates and self-starter
Positive minded
Confident and upbeat
Strong team player
Good attention to detail skills
Organised
Ideal candidate:
Proven track record din a similar role
Experience in financial services, account management, mortgage or loans processing, mortgage underwriting, banking, sales or customer service
MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENCE AND OWN VECHICLE AND ABLE TO PASS CREDIT CHECK
